The spelling I have provided of my family name, business name or individual name is correct and is no longer than the 20 characters per line and 3 lines per brick. I have entered this name into the area called "Brick Name", I have provided a valid email address and phone number should Athlone Boat Club need to contact me.

To avoid situations where choice of names may be considered controversial, disrespectful, or inappropriate, I understand that the committee of Athlone Boat Club reserve the right to approve said name used on the brick. However, it is not envisaged that a name submitted would be rejected. It is appreciated that such a review of wording will be considered as all bricks will be prominently displayed in a key location within this unique new state of the art rowing facility; thus, approval in such circumstances will be required. This understanding is appreciated.

Athlone Boat Club will be ordering these bricks in three stages in sets of two 100 bricks and 1 set of 50 bricks. My brick will be ordered within the schedule stage of ordering depending on when my brick is fully purchased by me.

Stage 1 -100 Bricks Sold
Stage 2- 100 Bricks Sold
Stage 3- 50 Bricks Sold

The fitting of my brick will be scheduled once a full stage of brick sales is completed, bricks arrive on site and contractor has agreed to a fitting date and time. This will be all COVID-19 restriction dependant. You will receive an email of the estimated time frame once we have placed the order.

The 'bricks' are polished black granite, measuring 210x90x30mm.
